    OVERVIEW
    The electro permanent magnet is an innovative application tool for controlling the magnetic field line of the magnetic field of the permanent magnet material by electric energy, so that it can externally characterize the magnetic (magnetizing state) or non-magnetic (demagnetizing state) to realize the adsorption and release of the material by itself. .

    What is electro permanent magnetic technology ?

    Electro permanent magnet technology is via electricity to control the magnetic field lines of the permanent magnet material, which express with magnetic force(magnetized state) or non-magnetic force(demagnetized state). It is an innovative application technology that can attract or release material independently.

    Magnetized state: Electromagnetic coil with instantaneous excitation current, which control the magnetic field state switching of reversible magnetic material, so that the magnetic field covering the surface of the magnetic poles and bring strong adsorption force. As the magnetic field form a closed loop,no magnetic loss, work with no heat, no noise, no energy consumption features(as shown in Figure 1.1)

    Demagnetized state:in the magnetized state, the electromagnetic coil once again instantaneous excitation current, the built- in circuit to change the reversible magnetic field, so that the magnetic field converged inside the permanent magnet, and the magnetic pole surface no longer have magnetic field, the material is released.


    Product Description
    The controller uses the most advanced electronic circuits, non-contact, can quickly set up eight parameters, such as the intensity of magnetization, magnetizing time, using remote control. Batteries only work in the moment of magnetization and demagnetization. During the lifting and handling, the HBEP magnets will no longer the consumption of energy. So the HBEP magnet has obvious advantage of energy saving .They can be widely used without power or access to power inconvenient forum, toxic, radioactive and other environment ,through remote control.The batteries can work 7 to 9 days and their charge state can be real-time monitored.

    2. What's the Difference Between Electromagnet and Electro-permanent magnet?
    Both industrial magnets are electrically switched on/off. The main difference lies in 2 points.
    First, electromagnet works on consistent electric power; if cutting off the power supply suddenly, it losses magnetic force. What distinguishes electro-permanent magnet from electromagnet is that the former does not use electricity during working. If cutting off the power, it can remain holding/lifting/gripping/clamping of the load.
    Second, due to continuous power input, electromagnet has heat generation which might affect its workholding effectiveness during machining. Whereas that is no problem to EPM.
